My name is Kim, I am a Stay-At-Home Mom to 5 children and loving it. Most of the time...

My life didn't always revolve around my children though. I trained in Culinary Arts and even enjoyed an interesting career exploring my passion for food. After my oldest daughter was born, I went back to work thinking I could enjoy the best of both worlds.  Each one of her milestones I missed made my work that much more tedious. It became harder to enjoy my Culinary devotion because it required so much of my time and energy needed to just stay successful. After the birth of my second child it no longer felt like a journey through Culinary Arts, but instead just missed opportunities to enjoy my children.  My heart just wasn't into a professional Culinary Arts career anymore.

Now I am a Scentsy Independent Consultant.  I am thankful for this opportunity making it possible for me to be a Stay-At-Home Mom.  I get adult time and conversations with my fun home parties.  Yet I still get to spend the days playing with my kids.   I build my career around my own schedule.  With 5 kids this is a huge bonus.  It started as a way to support my own addiction to the products and grew into more.  

I always enjoyed writing in many forms and kept a personal blog of my life for numerous years.  I always wanted to open a blog to the public to share my thoughts and insights.  While pregnant with my 4th child I finally took the steps to share the inner workings of my mind. I began sharing my many opinions and tips that just might help someone keep some sense of sanity in their life.  At the very least one person will gain some knowledge or give them something to laugh about in the craziness that is parenting.  (It's easier to laugh when you aren't scrubbing the mess.)
