Endrometriosis Month

March is Endometriosis Awareness month.
Wear yellow to show your support.
Endometriosis is the number one causes of infertility in women.

Not sure what Endometriosis is?  It's when the endrometrium grows outside the uterus instead inside the pelvic cavity.  This tissue continues to act like normal uterus tissue and thickens then sheds bleeding into the abdomen.  The blood having no where to leave the body causing the swelling of the stomach.  The displaced tissue causes irritation to the surrounding area and eventually scaring.

I had a friend that when her Endometriosis was worse it would look like she was almost 6 months pregnant.  She would stay in bed for days in intense pain.  Nothing would ease her pain.

Although this condition can be treated it has no cure.
