It's a Lobster Tail Pastry from my favorite little bakery in town.
Albina's Italian American Bakery

Crisp layers of flaky pastry crust filled with a Bavarian Cream
(Photo is slightly blurry because I'd rather be eating it.)
If you ever get the chance to visit Las Vegas the wonderful treats at their bakery is worth every mile traveled.

I will miss this bakery the most when we move to our new home.
